ACP-EU Agreement African Protocol – Article 40.6 requires African states to fully implement the Maputo Protocol and Maputo Plan of Action 2016-2030, AU documents which were manipulated into being by International Planned Parenthood Federation and EU countries to bring in abortion, CSE and SRHR to Africa.
